Hallandale Medical Center Offers an Array of Health Services

Hallandale Medical Center has for more than 30 years been providing for the health needs of the residents of South Florida. This commitment continues to this day at the center's two facilities, in Hallandale Beach and Pembroke Pines.

Hallandale offers its patients the most advanced equipment and procedures, convenient hours and a friendly staff of doctors, therapists and medical assistants. Our wide array of services are geared to the premise that every patient is a member of our family and has individual needs. Our commitment to the health of you and your family begins when you come into one of our facilities and continues throughout the treatment process. The popularity of our health services is reflected by the fact that family members of different generations keep coming back.

Emphasizing internal and family medicine, Hallandale Medical Center also offers a host of other treatment and preventive options that range from vaccinations to allergy therapy. Meeting the wellness needs of women, we provide pelvic and breast examinations, Pap tests and the diagnosis and treatment of sexually-transmitted diseases. Men will be able to confirm their health and even extend their lives with prostate examinations. Serving the large number of senior men and women living in South Florida is our extensive geriatric practice.

Our full-service laboratory is available for the diagnosis of many disorders, including hepatitis, anemia and rheumatoid arthritis, and our center has at its disposal such state-of-the-air facilities as ultrasound imaging. In terms of mental health services, Hallandale provides care through the principle of neuropsychology, which utilizes the relationship between behavior and the physical elements of the brain, and through conventional psychotherapeutic methods.

Our services also include immigrant physical examinations, which are facilitated by staff members who are fluent in such langanges as Spanish and French. Hallandale even offers massage therapy, which is considered an alternative health treatment that is very much supported by considerable scientific evidence.
Hallandale accepts Medicare and private insurance plans, and even patients without medical coverage, and is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Contact us at 954-362-8677 or visit our website at http://www.hallandalemedicalcenter.com/.
